Shop4Thai is an e-commerce website that provides various kind of product via Internet 24-hour a day. Your order will be processed on our working time (Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00). You can make a payment via transfer money to our bank account, or by credit card. This website is the B2C E-Commerce Department (Online Retail Store) of Asia Genial Company Limited (AG). AG is an E-Commerce registered company with Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce with registration ID 7100403000060.

We have installed the enhance security system in our system by using encryption via SSL (Secured Socket Layer) between customer and Shop4Thai with the service from ecThai.net for all credit card order. We do also check fraud credit card with Verify by VISA.

• By our staff in Bangkok area. Shipping charge will be collected for order under 171 US$.

• By Postage or delivery agent nationwide. Shipping fee will be charged for order under 683 US$. We will inform you the shipping charge once you have made an order. Tracking EMS delivery from here.
• By Delivery agent worldwide via FedEx, DHL, TNT. The shipping charge will be informed before processing your order. Tracking FedEx shipment from here.

• Transfer to our bank account. Please make an order in advance and waiting for our staff to confirm your order. The product will be delivered after we get your payment confirmation.

Product Warranty, Return, and Change

• All products that has been ordered via us will get fully warranty by product's manufacturers. If the product is malfunction, you can directly return to manufacturer or the manufacturer services center or you may return back to Shop4Thai. Warranty is covered only the product itself, not including any transportation charges which will be the buyer expense.
• If product is damaged because of the process of manufacturing, you can change that product by inform us within 5 days from the tax invoice date (This policy is depended on each manufacturer or each product distributor). Please go to Contact Us page and contact the technical support. Please do inform us your Order ID.
• Shop4Thai will not accept any return or change of products in all cases.
